Our Mission

Yelm Community Services, A United Citizens Betterment Organization, is a nonprofit, community development organization that provides social and economic programs to enhance the quality of life in our community.

Posted Office Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Thrift Shop Hours
Closed to the public and no donations accepted at this time.
Food Bank Hours:
Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Our primary service area is the region located within the Yelm and Rainier School Districts and the Nisqually Tribal Reservation, but we can also assist you if you live outside this area.
There is a good chance, though, that there may be a food bank closer in proximity to you, making your visit more convenient, so please call 211 to find a food bank closer to where you live.
